What are your payment methods?

You can pay using any major credit card or via a secure payment link sent to your email. For businesses, we also offer the convenience of operating on an account basis.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, booking is required to ensure seamless scheduling of our chauffeurs and to avoid any disruption to customer journeys. Additionally, it complies with English law, as our services are classified as private hire vehicles.

Do you offer private services?

Absolutely! Many of our business clients also trust us with their private events and travel needs. We’re delighted to assist them in both their professional and personal journeys.

Are you properly licensed?

Yes, all our drivers hold a full British license and, as required by English law, possess the appropriate operating license as well.

How do I rearrange or cancel?

To rearrange or cancel your booking, please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone as soon as possible. The earlier we’re informed, the better we can assist you. However, if the change occurs close to the scheduled pick-up time, a fee may apply to cover the chauffeur’s costs and salary.

Do you allow animals in your vehicles?

Please reach out to us to discuss your animal’s specific needs. We’ll do our best to accommodate them, but without details, it’s difficult to provide a definitive answer.

How do you handle confidentiality?

What is said in the vehicle stays in the vehicle — we never disclose conversations to third parties. If you prefer, you can travel with us anonymously. We also regularly sign non-disclosure agreements, particularly with businesses and film & TV studios, to ensure your privacy is fully protected.

What vehicles do you have?

All our chauffeurs own their vehicles, which are thoroughly vetted before they begin working with us. We require that vehicles are impeccably clean inside and out and are regularly maintained and replaced with newer models. We enforce a strict one-strike policy to ensure the highest standards, though our chauffeurs’ professionalism means we’ve never had to use it.
